Nonno Vincenzo's Preserved Tomatoes

Ingredients: Green Tomatoes (705), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, White Vinegar, Salt, Garlic, Oregano and Chilli.

Keep in a dry and cool place. Refrigerate once opened and consume within 2 weeks.
